The sound of a 8mm film camera being wound up and letting it run. There is a variation between the shutter speed. Single shutter sounds and continious running. 24 bit48000 khzrecorded on rode video mic gomixed in pro tools.
This is a recording of the drive motor of a super 8 (canon 418 auto zoom). This was recorded with the hatch to the cartridge open, so the noise is clearer. There is also the effect noise of the trigger being closed.
